【2023.7 更新】博主FM发现近日FHR新增了改日期功能，这很有用。以前FHR订的酒店只能退不能改日期，如果想改日期只能先退了再重新订。本来这样操作也没什么，但是如果你还想撸白金卡的$200报销就有个潜在问题了：比如有可能你在2022年订了个2023年的prepaid酒店拿到了$200报销，如果到了2023年才退，那么退的时候$200报销会被收回，而再重新订时2022年的$200报销已经没法再撸了。现在可以直接改日期了，那么就没有这个问题了。甚至你如果某一年实在用不掉$200 credit了，还可以年末订一个下一年很久以后的日期，也许到时候就用上了。注意这样操作只能改日期，不能改酒店。
Amex FHR 福利及白金卡$200报销简介
运通白金卡福利近些年有多次改动，每次改动后都会添加一些报销福利，同时年费也水涨船高。面对越来越高的年费，能不能把 Amex Platinum 卡这些福利用掉就成为了大家最关心的问题之一。最新一轮改版中，白金卡年费从 $550 涨到了 $695，同时新增了一些报销，其中一项是 Amex FHR & THC $200 旅行报销（改版的详细信息可以点击前面的链接）。
FHR 是 Fine Hotels & Resorts 简称，THC 是 The Hotels Collection 简称。两者都是 Amex 自己运营的 hotel collection program，持卡人通过这些 program 预订酒店，便可以享受额外的福利。其中 FHR 的名声早已在外，列表上往往是非常优秀奢华的酒店。通过 FHR 预订，持卡人入住时可以获得以下福利：
- 免费双人早餐。
- Guaranteed 4pm late check-out，房态允许时也可以 noon check-in。
- 房型升级。
- 酒店消费报销。大部分是 $100 额度。有些会更高。
这几项都是非常有吸引力的福利。双人早餐和酒店报销看起来最实在。报销项目因酒店而异，如果说的是 property credit 那基本上酒店的所有消费都可以报销（一般会 exclude minibar），也有很多是 $100 food and beverage credit，部分只允许用在 SPA 等消费。总之这个报销需要根据酒店自行查询具体内容。房型升级往往只升一两级，但是在一些没有常旅客项目的酒店，FHR 的升级就显得尤为可贵。4pm 退房在旅行时也很有用，不需要一大早就打包行李准备滚蛋，可以舒舒服服躺倒下午再离开。关于 Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts 的介绍，大家可以参考我们的《Amex FHR 详细介绍》。论坛也有帖子收集 FHR 酒店入住 dp。
接下来看看这次新增的 $200 报销。它不是上面提到的 $100 property credit。这个 $200 报销要求在 Amex Travel 网站以 prepaid rate 预订 FHR 或 THC 列表中的酒店，预付房费后 Amex 会直接退 $200 statement credit 给你。
- 必须是 prepaid rate
- FHR 没有入住时长要求，如果是 THC 系列酒店，则需要至少连续2晚才能报销
$200 房价报销加上 $100 消费报销，看起来挺吸引人的（涨年费的代价啊）。但 FHR 列表上很多酒店都非常贵，为了报销强行住那显然得不偿失。因此我们自然会好奇有没有便宜的 FHR & THC 酒店，至少能让我们实现扣掉报销后不付太多钱。这也是本篇文章的主要目的。
美国 FHR 酒店推荐列表
最直接的办法当然是直接去 Amex FHR 网站搜，但是这样做效率太低。因此我们采用一点其它可以近似的方法。这里我们使用 Google 提供的价格用来当做 Amex FHR rate 的近似。这两个价格肯定是不一样的，Amex FHR rate 不会是酒店最便宜的那个价格。但两者的趋势应该是一致的，一个 Google 显示 $300 的酒店肯定最后 FHR 会更贵，但如果前者都便宜不下来，那肯定不指望能薅这酒店了。
基于此，我们从 Amex 网站提取了完整的 FHR 酒店列表。然后从 Google 提取了这些酒店接下来一整年的价格，取平均和最低价，以此作为我们筛选的基础。
正如之前提到的，Google 的价格往往比 FHR 便宜一些。因此不是所有这些酒店都能找到合适我们薅 $200 报销的日子，实际上除了真的从运通网站挨个一天天搜一整年的价格，我们估计也没办法知道最完整的列表。不过根据酒店一共有多少天低于 $300 这个数字，大概也能猜到哪些酒店比较容易找到便宜的 FHR rate。因此从这些酒店中我们整理出下面60家推荐的酒店列表。这里先放推荐结果，更多数据下一节我们会列出来（如果移动端查看表格有问题，请使用桌面浏览器）。
所有在这个列表上的酒店我们又人工在 Amex FHR 网站验证过，至少保证能搜到在 $300 左右的日期。部分朋友可能会觉得 $300 也太高了，毕竟每个人消费观念不同吧。实际上这个列表中能搜到 FHR 价在 $200 左右的也有不少，从平均价、地理位置，还有上面3个表格中包含的最低价，大家推测哪些酒店能接近 $200 应该也不难。比如哪些均价本身就很低的酒店，或者因为旅游淡旺季的原因价格可能有剧烈波动的酒店。

因为 Las Vegas 太特殊，在这里要单独提一句。Las Vegas 的酒店价格波动很大，很多好酒店你都能轻松找到很便宜的价格，实际上他们指望你入住后通过消费和其它各类奇奇怪怪的 fee 来赚钱，实际支出比一开始显示的价格要贵很多。其它很多 resort 类酒店也有这个毛病，resort fee 不含在一开始的预订价格内，到店后单独付给酒店，导致最后实际支出比一开始看到的价格多不少。这部分金额报销拿不回来。
数据抓取结果
抓取一整年数据后简单取平均及极小值作为初步参考。我们从中筛选出了 $300，$300~$450 这两档，以及部分均价更高但是最低价格会低于 $300 的酒店。
