- Redeem Cash Rewards right to your PayPal balance and use them whenever you want. No redemption threshold.
- No annual fee.
Disadvantages
- No welcome offer.
- It has foreign transaction fee, so it's not a good choice outside the US.
Summary
Previously this card is a simple no annual fee 2% cashback card. After the improvement in 2022, it can also earn 3% cashback if you make the payment via PayPal! This is a very strong cashback structure. If you spend a lot on websites supporting PayPal, then this card is very useful. If you don’t spend a lot on PayPal, then there’s other no annual fee 2% cashback cards to consider, such as: Citi Double Cash (DC).
